Founded in 1998 by Andy Ortiz, Global Incentive Management is a proactive Destination Management Company specializing in Meetings, Incentives and Conferences. With offices serving Cancun and Riviera Maya, the company is exclusively committed to non-vacation group travel.

Global Incentive Management is dedicated to the basics – efficient and professional transportation management, staff and ground services – which form the most essential part of the incentive experience. Professional planning and management of the details; competent, cheerful and knowledgeable staff; state-of-the-art communications, and quality signage continue to be the hallmarks of a Global Incentive Management operation. We clearly understand that ground transportation is the heart of it all and it is that key competency that planners know leads to comfort with all other services.

Andy is a veteran of the hospitality industry with over 25 years of experience. He believes that Global Incentive Management’s success relies on partnerships: a partnership with the clients as well as all of the service suppliers who play an integral part in making your trip a memorable one.

Andy also is the mastermind behind hugely successful promotional events like Mexico Showcase & Travel Expo, Central America Showcase & Travel Expo, Mexico Roadshow and Cancun Roadshow.
